Andrew A. Moher is an attorney licensed in good standing in California, New York, and Illinois, and has been practicing law for 19 years. Mr. Moher grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Michigan, before moving to California. During law school, Mr. Moher studied at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland, which sparked a lifelong interest in international law practice and helping people navigate the complexities of international legal planning. Mr. Moher is a member of the Association of European Attorneys and has extensive experience in cross-border legal planning. In his personal life, Mr. Moher enjoys travel, music, and spending time with friends and family.

Edward (Ted) J. Kuch III is an attorney licensed in good standing in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. Kuch has spent his more than 20 year career advising family offices, REIT's, private equity, and high net worth individuals in matters of taxation and real estate. Previously, Mr. Kuch served as Tax Principal at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, as well as Principal and member of other law, tax and professional services firms in New York, New Jersey and Washington, DC. Ted began his career as a Law Clerk in the Tax Court of New Jersey. Mr. Kuch resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two young boys. In his spare time, Mr. Kuch enjoys writing and performing music as well as volunteering for various charitable causes.
